Applications for the Eastern European Contemporary Circus Competition Cyrkulacje 2025 are officially open!
Are you a circus artist based in or coming from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Belarus, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine or Slovakia and have a circus act you’re proud of? We’d love to see it on our stage!
“Cyrkulacje is an amazing opportunity to perform in an amazing, professional space with hardworking and passionate performers. As much as it is a competition, it never felt as such. We all worked as a team and supported each other which is beautiful to see, as I believe circus performers can be quite competitive. It is such a great opportunity not just to perform on that stage and network but for me especially to be able to get advice from professionals within the contemporary circus field to help improve and develop your work.” (Cyrkulacje participant)
Applications for 2025 edition are open until 30.06.2025
Based on the submitted materials, an international committee will choose the finalists. After the selection process, the candidates will be contacted in August 2025.
Final performances will take place on 10–12.10.2025. Please keep in mind that finalists should be available in Lublin from 6.10 for rehearsals and related activities.
