Applications for the Eastern European Contemporary Circus Competition Cyrkulacje 2026 are officially open!
Are you a circus artist from or currently living in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Belarus, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, Slovakia, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, or Greece, and do you have a circus piece you’re proud of?
We’d love to see it on our stage!
“Cyrkulacje is an amazing opportunity to perform in an amazing, professional space with hardworking and passionate performers. As much as it is a competition, it never felt as such. We all worked as a team and supported each other which is beautiful to see, as I believe circus performers can be quite competitive. Applications for 2026 edition are open until 30.06.2026
Based on the submitted materials, an international committee will choose the finalists. After the selection process, the candidates will be contacted in August 2026.
Final performances will take place on 09 – 11.10.2026. Please keep in mind that finalists should be available in Lublin from 5.10 for rehearsals and related activities.
