ULZIIBUYAN MERGEN: flexibility, contortion, handstand

She’s a circus performer, her speciality is contortion and handstand. When she was 7 years old she started to learn handstand and contortion at Mongolian National Circus. When she was 11, Cirque du Soleil spotted her talent and she joined their show Alegria with a duo contortion act with my partner Oyun-Erdene Senge. After a decade of travelling with Alegria, she joined another Cirque show called Amaluna, where she was playing a lead character Miranda performing Solo Handstand & Water Bowl act. Her latest work with Cirque du Soleil was in the show Totem, where she performed once again with her partner Oyun-Erdene Senge a Duo Handstand & Contortion act.
