Aerial acrobatic / Hungary /
Gaia had studied various types of dance styles from a young age. After being introduced to mime, circus landed into her life. At circus school she had to pick two disciplines, she picked aerial and acrobatics. Rope and contortion are her first two loves.
As a child Georgina moved a lot practicing ballet and yoga but when once she saw a new circus production she said to her mum that she wanted to do that. She started learning aerial and later, in circus school, she picked a rope as her discipline.
As they say contemporary circus isn’t linear like a Shakespeare play, it doesn’t have an obvious narrative or storyline so the audience is allowed to receive the information and take away an understanding that they need to receive from the piece.
In their free time they both like to crochet.
